Delivery and Returns

Our checkout pages will calculate the exact postage and packing costs for you before you commit to buy, but a guideline is set out below:

Standard delivery within 3-5 working days £3.95

Choice of delivery address

You can choose to receive your delivery at home, or at work or you can send it as a gift to the lucky recipients address!

Overseas delivery options

All international destinations: £15 – Please allow between 5-8 working days for delivery.

Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation and a signature maybe required on receipt for larger Parcel Force deliveries.
We can ship to most overseas destinations.

In some rare cases the postage will be reviewed.

Returns- 14 day ‘no monkeying around’ policy

We, at Organic Monkey aim to provide products of the highest quality and hope that you will be really pleased with them. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt.
Upon receipt, we will be happy to refund the value of the products in full or exchange the, for goods of the same value, so long as the items returned are in the same condition as they were in at the time of delivery to you. We regret that we cannot refund or replace any product that is opened and used, unless the item is faulty.

The customer is responsible for all postage and packing costs, unless the item is faulty.

Return the item in its original wrapping with a note with your name and address and reason for return, indicating whether you require a refund or exchange to

Once we have received the returned items, we will post the exchange item or issue a full refund of the value of the products within 14 days.
Refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment was received, unless otherwise agreed.
